How tall are you?

Some Tips
If you're between inches, it's always best to round up. Better to have a shirt that's a hair too long than an exposed belly button.
Why We Ask This
Your height gives us an idea of how long your shirt should be, and paired with your weight, a good idea of how your body is shaped.

How much do you weigh?

Some Tips
Round up to the next 5 pound increment. And don't be shy here, we won't tell.
Why We Ask This
Your weight is a crucial part of understanding how your body is shaped. When combined with the other questions we're asking, it gives us a great idea of how to make a shirt just for you.

What is the waist size of your pants?

Some Tips
Take this measurement from your favorite pair of jeans. This isn't exactly a true waist measurement, but the algorithm takes that into account.
Why We Ask This
Along with height and weight, this tells us how your weight is distributed, and how much your shirt should be tapered down.

What is your collar size?

Some Tips
Take this from an off the rack shirt that fits well around the neck. If it doesn't fit well elsewhere, don't worry - your other answers will let us know how to build the rest of your shirt! If your shirt says something useful like "L", you can always use the Google machine to find out what that means (ie "J. Crew size chart")
Why We Ask This
Other than the obvious (so your collar fits), this also combines with our other data points to understand your general body shape.

What is your sleeve length?

Some Tips
Find this from the best fitting sleeves of an off the rack shirt. If you buy a 34 but they can stand to be longer, account for that in your answer. If your shirt says 34/35, put in 34.5. And again, if you just see a letter size, Google the size chart for the brand.
Why We Ask This
So your sleeves fit! We have customers of all arm lengths who love our shirts becuase they have dealt their whole lives with sleeves that are too short or too long.

Do you wear a watch?

No
Some Tips
If you don't generally wear a watch, just select no.
Why We Ask This
Ever have a hard time fitting your watch under your cuff? We make a small allowance so that's never a problem again.

What is your suit jacket size?

Some Tips
Listed in most off-the-rack sport/suit jackets. You can ignore the lettering like S, R, or L. We know how tall you are because you already told us, silly!
Why We Ask This
Your chest measurement is a key part in understanding your overall torso measurements. Although we can make a good estimate of what your chest probably is based off your previous answers, it's always good to have more data.

What best describes your body shape?

Some Tips
This is a no judgment zone. Our customers are all shapes and sizes. If you're in between two of these body types, we recommend you select the larger of the two.
Why We Ask This
This helps the algorithm understand and hone your body fit even more.

How do you like your button-up shirts to fit?

Some Tips
We recommend tailored. However, if you like an ultra slim, tighter fit, go with Extra Slim. And if you want a slightly boxier fit, go with Standard.
Why We Ask This
Everyone has a different definition of "tight" or "loose." This hones the algorithm with your fit preference and gets you closer to your perfect fit.

Do you usually tuck in your button-up shirts?

Some Tips
If it depends, choose "a little bit of both." We'll make a hybrid length that works for both tucked and untucked looks. If you're ordering more than one shirt and you have a different tucking preference on each, just shoot us an email.
Why We Ask This
There's nothing worse than the wrong shirt length. If you want to wear your shirt untucked and it's hanging at mid thigh, your shirt looks more like a dress. Conversely, having to keep re-tucking throughout the day because your shirt is too short is annoying. Shirt length is critical to nailing your perfect fit.
